TITANS BLOW OUT SEAHAWKS

Titans d. Seahawks 34-10 in Week 2.

by 📋 Y1 W2 SEA @ TEN (10-34)

TITANS DOMINATE SEAHAWKS WITH BALANCED ATTACK, FORCE TURNOVERS

The Titans came to Seattle and imposed their will in every phase of the game, winning convincingly 34-10 behind a complete offensive performance and stifling defense. Tennessee's balanced approach—191 rushing yards paired with 228 through the air—kept the Seahawks' defense honest and off-balance all afternoon. The Titans' offensive line controlled the line of scrimmage, allowing them to stay efficient on third down at 6-of-14 while forcing Seattle into a devastating 1-of-13 performance that essentially strangled any momentum the home team tried to generate.

What really decided this game was Tennessee's turnover margin and red zone efficiency. While the Titans protected the football flawlessly with zero turnovers, Seattle's one turnover was the kind of gift that shifts momentum in a competitive league like this. More importantly, the Titans' defense recorded four sacks and recovered two fumbles—forcing the issue and creating chaos in the Seahawks' backfield. Seattle never found their rhythm, managing only 257 total yards with a completely anemic rushing attack that gained just 110 yards. When you can't run the football and you're one-dimensional in the passing game, you're going to get exposed.

The Seahawks' red zone woes—going 0-for-2 when they had chances to put points on the board—told the story of a team that couldn't capitalize when it mattered. Seattle's desperation fourth-down conversions (1-of-3) were symptomatic of playing from behind most of the game. This wasn't close, and it wasn't by accident. The Titans came with a game plan, executed it, and showed why real adjustments and scheme consistency matter in this league.
